Geogard Urethane Coatings:  The Geogard Coating is designed to extend the life of you're building's roof by forming a tough waterproofing and weatherproofing membrane. As a high performance , monolithic roof coating, Geogard bonds to a variety of substrates including single-ply roof membranes, modified bitumen, Asphalt, metal roofs, concrete decks and polyurethane foam roof systems. Geogard Coatings consist of a moisture-cured single component aromatic urethane base coat and a moisture-cured single component high performance aliphatic urethane finish coat.  Geogard is also an established specialzed patch and repair  product, Geogard when combined with a polyester fabric, easily repairs failing seams, punctures and defective flashings and can be used to add, or modied existing curbs and flashings on weathered single-ply roofs. Geogard is resistance  to ponding water and will resist most roof top chemicals including acids, oils and animal fats.  The Geogard Coating System is rated FM Class I & UL Class A. Here in New Mexico over 1,500,000 sq.ft of Geogard has been installed the past nine years without a single warranty call-back. Geogard, applied over aging roofs can be warranted for 12-years  material and labor. There is no better coating on the market today to extend the performance life of a single-ply roof. Geogard will extend the useful performance life of EPDM, PVC, CSPE for least 12  more years and with an additional light Geogard System coating at the end of the first 12-year period, the roof could be warranted for an additional 12-years.    SOLARGARD ULTRA: The Solargard Ultra is a one-coat, high solids, water-based, heavy bodied elastomeric coating formulated with a proprietary acrylic latex polymer. Solargard Ultra provides a reflective energy-saving waterproofing surface. Solargard Ultra can be used over a wide variety of roofing substrates including weathered single-ply, smooth modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, concrete and asphalt roofs. SOLARGARD HY-BUILD: The Solargard Hy-Build coating system is an proven restoration coating for metal roofs.  The Solardgard Hy-Build system is a "One-Coat", fiber reinforced acrylic elastomeric coating system, especially formulated to resist extreme temperature changes and UV. Solargard Hybuild when used with the  Solargard urethane seam sealer provides a complete waterproofing solution for leaking metal roofs and the completed metal roof restoration system can  be warranted for 12-years material & labor. Alumanation 301 protects your metal roof and walls from rust and corrosion, eliminating the need for costly metal panel replacement  Alumanation 301 can be installed over metal roofs, and when used with the Solargard Seam Sealer, can be warranted for 12-years. Equally so, Alumanation 301 is the number one choice for going over new or existing asphalt roof systems. Republic's Economical Asphalt Roof Coatings

The Permaroof and Permaflex  coating systems offer low cost solutions for  asphalt & coal-tar pitch roof repairs and maintanence.  These Republic Black Line coating canl extend the life of existing BUR/Modified Bitumen/Coat-Tar Pitch roofs for an average of 5 to 7 years.  The low cost Republic restoration coatings are useful for delaying major roof replacement until full roof replacement can be budgeted, and for updating and providing an attractive leakproof  roof prior to selling a commerical property. Permaroof and Permaflex are excellent repair products. PERMAROOF COATINGS: The Permaroof coating is a high quality cold process adhesive and surfacing material for extending the life of gravel surface, granule surfaced and smooth surface asphalt and modified bitumen roof systems. One clear advantage of the Permroof system is it can be applied over existing gravel surfaced roofs without having to spud off the embedded gravel, all you have to do is remove the loose gravel and power wash to provide a clean surface. The Permaroof system can be completed with a surface of mineral granules or after curing a coating of Alumanation 301 or gravel. Permaroof is the low cost solution for owners who want to extend the life of their roofs, the Permaroof system can be warranted for 5-years. Permaroof is outstanding for repairing existing gravel and smooth surface built-up and modified roofs.  PERMAROOF G: The Permaroof G coating is a emulsified blend of special aromatic oils and additives formulated to be compatible with both Coal Tar Pitch and gravel surfaced asphalt built up roof systems. Permaroof G is designed for the waterproofing/weatherproofing and maintenance of gravel surfaced roofs. Permaroof G is formulated to maintain weathered dry roof membranes and improved the self-healing characteristics of coal tar pitch. It effectively restores pliability of built-up roof bitumens. Permafoof G is finished with a gravel surface and can be warranted for 5-years. Permaroof G is one of the few products on the market that can be used to repair and maintain Coal-Tar Pitch roofs. PERMAFLEX COATINGS: The Permaflex coating is a water-based, non-fibered, elastomeric asphalt emulsion asphalt restoration roof coating modified with neoprene rubber. The Permaflex roof coating is used on smooth surface asphalt and modified bitumen roof systems. The Permaflex system is one of the most  low-cost systems to maintain and extend the life of aging built-up roofing systems. The Permaflex system is completed with a broadcasting of mineral granules or coated with Alumanation 301. The Permflex roof system ca be warranted for 5-years. .

SEALSKIN is provided as a concentrate which is mixed with water at the job site. SEALSKIN Water Repellent protects masonry surfaces from the effects of exterior exposure and weathering. It penetrates deep into the pores of the masonry and reacts chemically to provide a durable, long-lasting barrier against water and salt intrusion. This action can eliminate the damaging effects of freeze-thaw cycling, precipitation, acid rain and airborne pollutants. Recommended for concrete structures, barriers, retaining walls, columns, etc. Protection for all types of masonry including concrete block, natural stone, masonry block, brick facings, precast concrete, clay brick, exposed aggregate, stucco, and architectural concrete where the original appearance of the surface is to be maintained.
